Tailor Made Consultancy exclusively comprises collaborating partners who are a valuable addition to the principle of co-entrepreneurship. You do not stand above your clients, but on a level footing, and think with them as co-entrepreneur. In this way we know what is really going on in an organization.

We are increasingly asked, from various sides both within and outside the network of Tailor Made Consultancy, for people who would be interested in become joint shareholder in a smaller to medium-sized company (turnover around € 3 to € 30 million). The requests come from, amongst others, owner-managers, (smaller) investment funds and investors from the informal circuit. It could relate to an active role (management buy-in) or participation in the background. The experience that is needed is, in particular, in the areas of general management and/or finance.

Tailor Made Consultancy would like to get in touch with managers, entrepreneurs and/or investors who are interested in a management buy-in (MBI) or participation. For an MBI, there is a condition that at least € 250,000 of own funds is available. Extensive experience and knowledge is widely available in the partners of Tailor Made Consultancy in order to manage an MBI and to play an advisory role in relation to change management.
