Recovery & Pre-pack

We have already been asked a number of times for assignments related to pre-pack projects as well as recovery assignments. The thinking behind the pre-pack is that the courts, at the request of the business in difficulties, appoint a silent trustee to assess the recovery plans prior to a potential bankruptcy. If he has a grounded opinion that these plans offer the best solution for the creditors, he will work on the plans as soon as he is appointed as receiver.

Through the special management of various banks and the insolvency network of our legal partner, the request has been received several times to provide financial specialists for recovery or pre-packs. This relates to companies with a turnover of up to € 100 million.

In 2015 Tailor Made Consultancy expects a significant growth in these assignments. We would like to get in touch with (interim) professionalswho have solid experience in recovery assignments and/or financial professionals who have knowledge of pre-pack(s). In general terms , for this sort of assignments, we are looking for (interim) professionals with the following profile:

• Solid experience in working with the Special Management departments at various banks
• Very skilled communicators in relation to DGAs and banks
• Possessing a high level of self-reliance
• Experience in various sectors, such as Production, Industry, Infrastructure, Construction, Retail etc.
• Companies with turnover from € 10 to 50 million
• Experience with family businesses is a prerequisite.
